Misch Whitaker has been performing, teaching and directing improv for over 10 years.
Past improv credits include Boston’s Unscripted Musical Project at Catalyst Comedy (2012-2020), ImprovBoston Mainstage (2013-2014) and Improv Asylum Mainstage (2008-2012). She is the shorter half of the two person improvised show Breakup! The Musical, and is an extended cast member of Big Bang Improv (Florida Studio Theatre). Locally, you can catch her on select Friday nights at Laugh Boston performing in Dirty Disney, a Catalyst Comedy show that she also directs.
Additionally, Misch works as a registered nurse in the combined field of harm reduction and substance use disorders. She uses her multiple areas of expertise to create customizable improv workshops specific to healthcare providers and is available for inservices, retreats and conferences.
When she’s not on stage (or wearing a stethoscope), Misch loves to listen to true crime podcasts and play board games.
