FAQs About VIP Experiences, Groups, and Large Parties
Do the experiences include show tickets?
No, tickets are sold separately for the show. These add-ons are intended to be just that – different ways to enhance your experience!
How many people are included? Or what if we’re a bigger group?
Most experiences cover up to 20 guests. For 21–35, consider a Private Customized Show!
When should we arrive? How long are the experiences?
VIP Package: Arrive 1 hour before showtime for early entry and the backstage sneak peek.
Intro to Improv and Combo Package: Arrive 1 hour before showtime for the 20-min warm-up.
Post-show Q&A is 15 min – Just remain in your seats and the cast will come back out for your private talk back.
Are these experiences private? Can we take photos?
The backstage peak, warm-up improv, and Q&A with the cast are private experiences meant for your group; but the show itself is public.
A post-show group photo is included in VIP and the Combo packages, but feel free to take more during your experience!
Can we get drinks during our experiences?
Yes! The bar will be open!
You also have the option to save some money and be rewarded for your early planning if you want to to add drink vouchers [$15 each (1–2 per person, 21+ with ID)]
How do we book, and what about cancellations?
Contact Our Events Team to confirm availability and confirm your booking.
Your add-on experience is considered ‘booked” once paid.
Cancellation/reschedule terms vary by package (Custom/ “Ridiculous” options may have stricter terms) — the more notice, the more options we can offer!
